Great service , good was good I always get the zucchini it's a must! I was doing a drinking detox and the virgin Bloody Mary hit the spot .

Love this place! Exquisite and fresh nachos with the beans and cheese perfectly layered between the chips, as well as over the top. Bacon bleu cheese burger is my favorite. Their onion rings are A++ and we love a small cup of the cheese grits! Also, the servers are friendly and service is pretty quick.

My family loves The Hangout. We have been going for many years and it's our favorite local spot. Like anywhere, the food fluctuates in taste and presentation. Overall though we love it! Our go to plates are; blackened Mahi Mahi, shrimp pot, country chicken fried chicken, & burger. Oh yes and I cannot leave out the mai tai! One and done for me. So strong and tasty. It's my treat lol.

This is a hidden gem of a place to eat. The service was great. The food was decent. My favorite was the beer battered onion rings. The house sauce paired nicely with it. I brought my leftovers home and put them in the air fryer the next day and they were still just as delicious as the day before! My only disappointment was with the philly sandwich that I ordered. I was expecting a Philly cheese steak sandwich and it just wasn't. That was my fault for not reading the ingredients more thoroughly. It wasn't bad, but I would rather not have orange cheese sauce on my Philly sandwich with vegetables that weren't grilled into the meat. I would still return to this place but just order another entree with my onion rings. I want to add that this place had a family friendly aura about it. Before I left, the tables were being arranged for a large party.

...I come here more frequently than for just for my husband's favorite Prime Rib on Fridays, but there's no doubt this is one of his most favorite dinners. In fact, he called me at work today to request it. Today, cooked to perfection accompanied by a fluffy baked potato and side salad substitution (upcharge $3.99), he's a happy guy! I'm happy to see a close to full house here, close to a full bar and the restaurant loaded with regulars at 4 pm. Always happy to support local and Aaron, the owner, is a very respectful, friendly and pleasant example.

Really enjoyed this place. It's right across from the pier in seal beach. There was about a half hour wait for lunch on Sunday, which gave us enough time to walk the pier. Service was really great. I had the fish and chips which was a large portion, the fries here are great and the tater sauce was a little different than normal tartar sauce, but I liked it a lot. My fiancé had the buffalo chicken sandwich, which was also really good. They have a really large menu with a lot of different options. They also have specials during the week along with a happy hour.
